Managing Your Subscription

When you sign up for a Lockynz subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method and ship your selected products on the recurring schedule you choose (e.g., every 30 days). You remain subscribed — and billed — until you cancel.

How to Cancel, Pause, or Skip

You can cancel, pause, skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, swap products, or update your payment method at any time by:

  1. Logging into your account at lockynz.com and opening Manage Subscription, or
  2. Emailing us at team@lockynz.com from the email address on your order.

There are no cancellation fees. You will not be charged for any future orders after you cancel.

Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Your renewal date is shown in your account and in the renewal reminder email we send before each charge.

Once an order has been processed and charged, it cannot be canceled, but you can cancel the subscription itself so no further orders are placed. Orders already shipped are subject to our standard Refund Policy.

Renewal Reminders

Before each renewal, we will send you an email reminder at least 3 days in advance so you have time to modify or cancel if you wish.

Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, we will attempt to retry the charge and notify you by email. If the issue is not resolved, your subscription may be automatically paused or canceled.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If prices change, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect, giving you an opportunity to cancel if you do not accept the new price.
