This Refund & Return Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which LOCKYNZ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") accepts returns and processes refunds for products purchased through our website. By making a purchase, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
2. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
LOCKYNZ offers a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased directly from our official website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Refunds Are Available If:
- Product is unopened and remains in its original, sealed packaging
- Request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
- Product was purchased directly from the official LOCKYNZ website (www.lockynz.com)
- Valid proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation number or receipt)
- Product has not been damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence
3.2 Refunds Are NOT Available For:
- Products that have been opened or used (except as outlined in Section 4)
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, marketplaces, or retail locations
- Requests submitted more than 30 calendar days after delivery
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper storage
- Gift cards or promotional credit
- Products marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase
- Individual items from a bundle or multi-pack (entire bundle must be returned)
4. OPENED PRODUCT POLICY - ONE-TIME COURTESY REFUND
LOCKYNZ understands that customers may need to try our nootropic pouches to determine product suitability. Therefore, we offer a one-time courtesy refund for opened products under the following strict conditions:
4.1 Eligibility Criteria:
- Limit: Only ONE (1) opened product unit per customer account, per lifetime
- Condition: At least 50% of the product contents must remain unused and intact
- Timeframe: Return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Verification: Customer must provide photographic evidence of the remaining product contents upon request
4.2 Important Notes:
- This one-time courtesy policy is designed to prevent abuse while allowing genuine first-time customers to evaluate our product
- Subsequent purchases of opened products will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances
- LOCKYNZ reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria
5. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE
5.1 How to Initiate a Return:
Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Step 2: Provide Required Information
You must provide the following information:
- Order confirmation number
- Email address used for purchase
- Full name and shipping address
- Reason for return

Step 3: Receive Return Authorization
Upon approval of your return request, LOCKYNZ will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Step 4: Ship the Product
- Securely package the product in its original packaging (if available)
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the product to the return address provided by customer support
- Retain your shipping tracking number for your records
Step 5: Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, LOCKYNZ will process your refund according to Section 6 of this Policy.
6. REFUND PROCESSING
6.1 Inspection Period:
All returned products will be inspected within 1-2 business days of receipt at our facility.
6.2 Refund Approval:
If the return meets all eligibility requirements outlined in this Policy, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
6.3 Refund Amount:
- Unopened Products: Full product price refunded (original shipping costs non-refundable)
- Opened Products (One-Time Courtesy): Product price minus 20% restocking fee (original shipping costs non-refundable)
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible unless the return is due to Company error or product defect
6.4 Payment Processing Time:
After LOCKYNZ issues the refund, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Total Expected Timeframe: 10-20 business days from the date you ship the return to the date funds are available in your account.
7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
7.1 Customer Responsibility:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if:
- Customer changed their mind about the purchase
- Customer ordered the wrong product
- Customer is unsatisfied with a non-defective product
7.2 Company Responsibility:
LOCKYNZ will provide a prepaid return shipping label if:
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Incorrect item was shipped
- Order fulfillment error occurred on the part of LOCKYNZ
7.3 Return Shipping Method:
Customers are responsible for choosing an appropriate shipping method. LOCKYNZ recommends using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. LOCKYNZ is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
8.1 Reporting Timeframe:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
8.2 Required Documentation:
You must provide:
- Order confirmation number
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
8.3 Resolution:
Upon verification of damage or defect:
- LOCKYNZ will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer
- Customer may choose between a full refund or a replacement product
- Refunds for damaged/defective products include the full product price and original shipping costs
9. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
9.1 Customer Responsibility:
If tracking information shows that a package was delivered to the correct address but you did not receive it:
Step 1: Check with neighbors, building management, mail rooms, or household members
Step 2: Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email
Step 3: Contact LOCKYNZ within 7 calendar days of the delivery date
9.2 Company Response:
LOCKYNZ will:
- Investigate the claim with the shipping carrier
- File a claim on your behalf if eligible
- Issue a replacement shipment or refund once the carrier claim is approved (typically 7-10 business days)
9.3 Limitations:
- LOCKYNZ is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier if the claim is not reported within 7 days
- Customers are encouraged to add signature confirmation at checkout for high-value orders
- Customers may be required to file a police report for stolen packages in certain circumstances
10. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
10.1 Cancellation Policy:
- Subscription orders may be canceled at any time before the next scheduled billing date
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle that has already been processed
- Cancellations can be processed through your customer account dashboard or by contacting customer support
10.2 Refund Policy for Subscription Shipments:
- Each subscription shipment is subject to the same 30-day refund policy outlined in this document
- Unopened products from subscription orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The one-time courtesy opened product refund (Section 4) applies across all orders, including subscriptions
11. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
11.1 Return Eligibility:
The same 30-day return policy applies to international customers.
11.2 Return Shipping Costs:
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs/import fees
- LOCKYNZ does not provide prepaid return labels for international orders (except in cases of Company error or defective products)
11.3 Refund Amounts:
- Refunds do not include original international shipping costs
- Refunds do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees paid by the customer
- Currency conversion fees charged by the customer's financial institution are not refundable
11.4 Recommendation:
Due to the high cost of international return shipping, we strongly recommend that international customers carefully review all product information and specifications before placing an order.
12. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Gift cards and promotional credit
- Free samples or promotional items received with purchase
- Products purchased during promotions clearly marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Refundable"
- Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)
- Products bundled in multi-packs where individual items have been opened (entire unopened bundle must be returned)
13. EXCHANGES
13.1 No Direct Exchanges:
LOCKYNZ does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
13.2 Exchange Process:
If you wish to receive a different product:
- Submit a return request for the original product according to Section 5
- Receive your refund according to Section 6
- Place a new order for the desired product on our website
This process ensures accurate inventory management and faster processing times.
14. REFUND DENIALS AND EXCEPTIONS
14.1 LOCKYNZ Reserves the Right to Refuse Refunds If:
- Fraudulent activity is suspected or detected (e.g., falsely claiming non-delivery when tracking confirms delivery)
- Customer has engaged in abuse of the refund policy (e.g., excessive return requests, pattern of serial returns)
- Product is returned without prior authorization (no valid RMA number)
- Product is returned in unsellable condition due to customer damage, tampering, or missing components
- Return request does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this Policy
- Product was purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller
14.2 Investigation:
LOCKYNZ may investigate suspicious return patterns and reserves the right to refuse service to customers who abuse the return policy.
15. CHARGEBACKS
15.1 Chargeback Policy:
Customers are required to contact LOCKYNZ customer support to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback with their credit card company or financial institution.
15.2 Consequences of Chargebacks:
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting LOCKYNZ may result in suspension or termination of your customer account
- LOCKYNZ will provide all necessary documentation to the financial institution to contest unjustified chargebacks
- Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be subject to legal action
16. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
16.1 If You Have Not Received Your Refund:
If you have not received your refund within 14 business days of our refund confirmation email:
Step 1: Check your bank account or credit card statement again
Step 2: Contact your credit card company (refund processing may take additional time)
Step 3: Contact your bank (processing delays may occur at the financial institution level)

16.2 Company Responsibility:
LOCKYNZ is responsible for issuing the refund to the original payment method. Once the refund has been issued, LOCKYNZ is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.

If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Refund & Return Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between LOCKYNZ and the Customer regarding product returns and refunds.
22. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE ON THE LOCKYNZ WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS REFUND & RETURN POLICY.
If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not make a purchase from LOCKYNZ.
