Shipping Coverage

Lockynz currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, please contact us at lockynzproducts@gmail.com.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. The shipping rate displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost for your order. We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time; any such promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Lockynz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at lockynzproducts@gmail.com.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

During peak shopping periods (holidays, promotions, product launches), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Lockynz is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, if your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to residential and commercial addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
